Vendor Terms & Cancellation Policy

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of vendors at the Accra Christmas Village (“ACV”) organised by INEN Limited (“INEN”, “the Organiser”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By submitting a vendor application, making payment, signing a vendor agreement, or occupying/operating a vendor space at ACV, the vendor (“Vendor”, “you” or “your”) confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.
1.1 Submission of a Vendor Expression of Interest Form does not constitute confirmation of a vendor space.
1.2 All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by INEN.
1.3 INEN reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, taking into consideration the nature of the business, product category, available spaces, event requirements and overall suitability for ACV.
1.4 Approval is only confirmed once the Vendor has received written confirmation from INEN and fulfilled the applicable payment and documentation requirements.
1.5 INEN reserves the right to limit the number of vendors operating within the same product or service category in order to maintain a balanced and attractive vendor mix.

Acceptance
By submitting the ACV Vendor Application Form and/or making payment for a vendor space, the Vendor confirms that:
- I have read and understood the ACV Vendor Terms & Conditions.
- I agree to comply with the requirements, rules and procedures established by INEN and the Accra Christmas Village.
- I confirm that the information provided in my application is accurate and complete.
- I understand that submission of an application does not guarantee approval or allocation of a vendor space.
- I understand and accept the ACV Vendor Cancellation Policy.
- I understand that failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of my participation.
You'll be asked to confirm your agreement to these Terms when you submit the vendor application form.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
Cancellation schedule — summary
For ease of reference, the cancellation schedule is as follows.

| 7–14 days before ACV | 25% |
| Less than 7 days before ACV | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Refunds are subject to applicable administrative, transaction, third-party and other non-recoverable costs incurred by INEN.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to INEN. The cancellation date will be determined by the date INEN receives the written cancellation request.
